Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are valid at time of booking and are subject to change throughout the year.
• Check-in time is from 2pm daily and check-out time is from 10am daily. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, if availability.
• All rates are based per stay in a safari tent, for a maximum of two adults. Children are welcome at Zoolodgeica for additional $10 per child per night, to cover the inclusion of their luxury stretcher.
• Payment is required in full to confirm a booking.
• All rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and are subject to availability.
• All stays at Zoolodgeica are subject to site access. During extreme rainfall events/cyclones/flooding of the site’s access point, Zoolodgeica reserves the right to cancel or postpone bookings at short notice. When possible, guests will be given the option to cancel/postpone their stay (full refund option), leave early (with a refund for unused nights), or stay and wait out the flood (if need be, staying as our guests after the completion of booked dates). Zoolodgeica accepts no liability for other costs, in the event of a cancellation.
• Force majeure: if Zoolodgeica is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of it’s obligations under any Order by reason of any event or circumstance beyond it’s reasonable control, Zoolodgeica will have no liability to you in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
• Zoolodgeica is not obligated to honour any past promotions that have since expired.
• All gift vouchers have a strict 12-month validity from date of purchase, and cannot be extended under any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking commencement, that is any time after 2pm one day prior to your arrival.
• For cancellations made 24 – 72 hours before your booking commencement, that is any time after 2pm three days prior until before 2pm one day prior, 50 per cent of your total booking fee will be refunded.
• A full refund less a cancellation fee of $50 will be given for any cancellations made in the period from two weeks until 72 hours before your booking commencement. That is, from 2pm two weeks prior until before 2 pm three days prior.
• A full refund will be given for any cancellations made greater than two weeks prior to your booking commencement – that is, before 2pm two weeks prior.

Privacy Policy:

We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from you. Zoolodgeica has not and will not ever sell, rent or lease personal information to any third party. Any personal information collected is used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection and Spams Act.

We may collect the following:

• your name
• address
• email address
• phone number
• information about the goods and services you request

We may use the information to:

• respond to email enquiries
• return phone calls
• answer other enquiries you might have
• improve customer service

If you selected the Stay Connected option on our booking page you will receive occasional news and special offers. This includes promotions and services we think may be of interest to you. Should you no longer wish to receive any information, please advise the team at Stay@Zoolodgeica.com

We may also collect information when you visit our website, however this is anonymous and not deemed as personal information because your identity is not revealed or stored. This information comes to us in anonymous, aggregated form, for statistical purposes only. It may include the date and time of visits to our website, the pages accessed, your server address, the information you downloaded/accessed and the type of search engine you used. We use these statistics to improve the quality and usability of our website.

Our website also has capacity to use cookies. Cookies do not identify you personally, but they do help prepare customised web pages for users. They may link back to a database record about you.
